2 Hour Learning has developed a model enabling students to learn at twice the speed in only two hours per day. This is achieved through AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based progression, and a fundamental rethinking of traditional classroom design. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now need a leader capable of aligning execution across varied school models, elevating academic leadership standards, and serving as the public advocate for a movement rooted in robust learning science.

This is not a position centered on academic theory. It is a leadership assignment. You will be accountable for academic strategy in action, establish definitive standards, pinpoint gaps in execution, and guide high-caliber teams toward measurable results. You will convert our scientific underpinnings into operational rigor and articulate this model's value to a global audience.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum development, motivational systems, and application design.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results-driven.
• Analyzing data, interviews, and direct observations to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical barriers to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
• Ensuring strategic alignment via planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as 2 Hour Learning's representative at the highest forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to advance systemic transformation in global education thinking.

• Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or operational execution.
• Transferring accountability for performance to mid-level managers or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional reputation or conceptual frameworks to convince skeptical audiences.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by harmonizing execution across schools, raising leadership expectations, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice of a movement built on rigorous science and demonstrable results.

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks
