Position: Remote Trainer {169161}
A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote Trainers (Call Center / Sales Ops / Medical Billing Ops) in Remote (supporting BD – Stuart, FL) . The Trainer would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40 hrs/wk. benefits after 90 days ; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Trainer Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Remote) Trainer Responsibilities Prepare training materials, handouts, and training schedules in advance of each new-hire class Set up/test any training tools and audio-visual equipment prior to sessions Partner with leadership to review new-hire progress, test results, and schedules Create and administer pre-tests and post-tests for training topics Update/create/maintain training curriculum and continuing education materials Build/select teaching aids and measurement tools to validate training effectiveness Facilitate training for new and existing employees across different learning styles (live/virtual) Incorporate feedback from subject matter experts into training content Support performance/policy adherence conversations as needed (in partnership with HR/leadership) Document coaching/performance conversations appropriately Other duties as assigned Trainer Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days 1–2 years of related experience Strong facilitation/presentation skills with “trainer presence” (professional, dynamic, flexible) Able to instruct, test, and document training for new hires and ongoing training needs Strong knowledge of call center professionalism Trainer

Preferred Qualifications Experience building training materials (PowerPoint, guides, SOPs, handouts)
