Full Time Faculty - Industrial Maintenance (Tenure Track, Fall 2026)

College of DuPage is a comprehensive community college located 27 miles west of downtown Chicago.

We prepare students for lifelong learning and offer a range of associate degrees and technical certificates. The Industrial Maintenance faculty will develop laboratory environments and work closely with industry partners to support student success.

• Teach Industrial Maintenance courses beginning in August 2026.
• Provide classroom instruction, assessment, curriculum development, and student advising.
• Engage in professional inquiry, committee work, and use of instructional technology.
• Develop and maintain laboratory facilities and industry partnerships.
• Participate in teaching demonstrations and pedagogy reviews.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote equitable, accessible, and inclusive learning.
• Deliver instruction in face‑to‑face, online, hybrid, or blended formats as needed; remote work is limited.
• Perform a pre‑employment background and drug screen.

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Teaching experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience in instrumentation maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in packaging maintenance.
• Overall industrial maintenance experience.
