This position is full‑time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week.

  • Create content using tools such as Articulate 360 and Synthesia, including microlearning, eLearning, and instructor‑led materials such as instructor guides and student guides
  • Proactively engage and follow up with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather necessary content, clarify technical details, and ensure timely input throughout the design and development process to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project‑management best practices
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions
  • Stay current with trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and print solutions
  • Complete control documents and maintain records in accordance with department standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (required), plus 3 to 5 years of instructional‑design experience in a corporate environment
  • Hands‑on experience in learning and development, particularly in instructor‑led training design, including the creation of facilitator guides and related materials (required)
  • Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word; experience with Synthesia or similar video tools is a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to personalize, automate, and optimize learning solutions
  • Skilled in designing microlearning, web‑based training, and both virtual and in‑person instructor‑led training, including instructor guides and interactive content
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and learner engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Business acumen with understanding of sales processes and ability to align training with performance goals
  • Knowledge of enterprise office equipment, production print technologies, digital workflows, large format printing and integrated software solutions is a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
  • Clean valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record; position requires driving for company business
