Vistra Communications seeks an Instructional Designer to craft high-quality, learner-centered training for mission-critical objectives. This predominantly remote role may require on-site work at the Mark Center or Pentagon. Metro DC candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities include developing design plans, storyboards, and curricula for multiple formats, and supporting trainer guides and participant materials. Strong adult-learning knowledge and superb writing are essential.
