The Forward Trust is seeking an L&D Training Facilitator for a primarily remote role with occasional travel to services/sites. It is a 28-hour-per-week position over 4 days, delivering engaging learning across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face formats.
You will cover mandatory and compliance training, induction, EDI, leadership development, and specialist modules on recovery, trauma-informed practice, housing, clinical and employment services, collaborating with SMEs to ensure impactful learning.
