Electrical Engineer - Associate

Job Summary

Electrical Engineer who will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business, including state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities and data center facilities. The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality of engineering deliverables while providing site assistance during startup and coordinating work activities with other staff members and discipline leads.

• Produce single line diagrams, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries and connection diagrams, cable tray plans, grounding, embedded conduit and ductbank plans, cable schedules, lighting and power plans, and panel schedules.
• Recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly.
• Provide site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other discipline leads.
• Ensure technical quality of engineering deliverables and meet client expectations.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets while supporting cross‑disciplinary teamwork.

• Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering
• At least 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience
• Engineer in Training (EIT) credential

• Experience in manufacturing, petrochemical, and industrial facilities
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and/or Revizto
• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and innovative ideas
• Ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base
• Collaborative team player in multi‑disciplinary teams, including remote offices
• Passion for buildings and construction
