- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project activities
- Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
- Direct and coordinate the engineering design team and subcontractor activities
- Establish project safety plans and ensure communication to all employees on the job
- Travel as needed (25% annually) for data gathering, design reviews, installations, and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging, Industrial, Civil/Structural, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience
- 7+ years of professional engineering project management experience within the consumer products or manufacturing industry
- Required experience performing contract knowledge, project financial tracking, and proposal generation within the last 5 years
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel
- Experience in capital project management
- 10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry
- Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain
- Professional Engineer license
- Success working in a consulting environment
