• Manage project budgets, cost control, and quality assurance/quality control
• Direct and oversee project execution, including staff and subcontractor supervision
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior structural engineers
• Contribute to structural design as a technical reviewer or advisor
• Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client networking

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) required; M.S. Degree preferred
• PE License required; SE License in IL preferred
• 10+ years of experience in roadway bridge design, with management experience preferred;
• Strong communication skills with experience interacting with clients and project stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and produce comprehensive task deliverables

• Experience with IDOT, ISTHA, and CDOT preferred
• Familiarity with Chicagoland counties and municipalities
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
• Active participation in professional organizations related to civil engineering
