Civil Engineering, Operations Manager
The job:
- Design and lead transportation engineering projects across metro Atlanta, focusing on roadway geometry, construction plans, and technical documentation.
- Oversee project delivery from concept through construction, guiding junior engineers and ensuring compliance with AASHTO, GDOT, FHWA, and local standards.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Develop cost estimates, specifications, and bid packages while managing schedules, budgets, and client coordination.
- Conduct field inspections, site visits, and on-site reviews to support accurate, constructible design solutions.
- Approximate salary range of $125,000 - $155,000.

- PE license
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in transportation engineering
