Resource Innovations is seeking a full-time Engineering Lead. Reporting to HQ office in Chicago, IL. 100% Remote Work permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Up to 10% domestic travel required to project sites within the United States.

Lead significant project teams and use specialized engineering knowledge and skills to work on assignments with high levels of risk and complexity with minimal guidance in only the most complex situations. Lead engineering staff to achieve client, operational, and service objectives. Delegate and oversee the quality and timeliness of multiple project deliverables performed by other engineering staff. Lead and manage implementation of energy-saving projects and programs for small business and industrial customers ntain the highest level of quality control of deliverable products (for your work and others), demonstrating technical excellence, objectivity, and clarity while maintaining project schedules.

Provide subject matter expertise and advanced technical direction to other staff, mentor and train junior engineers on various engineering areas, including energy auditing, inspections, and measurement & verification. Perform energy efficiency calculations by using spreadsheet and/or energy simulation modeling. Develop and review energy savings calculations for different baseline and efficient equipment and write technical work paper(s). Work on new research and development for conservation measures, and provide technical support to the team.

Perform and review energy savings calculations for evaluating energy savings and environmental impact. Provide timely technical and program feedback, listen to customer needs, and set expectations appropriately. Review technical report writing, contribute to draft reports, including results.
