• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to coordinate remote work and communicate impact on results.
• Grow tax expertise and stay current with tax guidance and client needs.

• Experience conducting tax interviews and supporting virtual client interactions.
• Ability to help clients make informed decisions about their taxes and finances.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a remote environment.
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet and proficiency with MS Teams and Outlook.
• Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or higher; continuing education/IRS state requirements as applicable.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season.

• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred).
• Experience completing complex tax returns and tax planning or audit support.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax (preferred).
• Experience with virtual tax interviews that build client confidence.
• Strong research skills using tax publications and resources.
