Portfolio Management Associate

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing investment management firm to help them hire a Portfolio Management Associate for their Chicago office. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with strong customer service skills and a sharp analytical mindset who’s eager to grow within a high-performing team.

You’ll work directly with portfolio managers, operations, and other internal groups to ensure smooth tracking, reporting, and communication across a diverse group of investors and partners. While 2+ years of relevant experience is a plus, this company places a high value on aptitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

• Monitor investment portfolios to ensure compliance with client mandates
• Prepare portfolio reports and performance analyses
• Support onboarding and servicing of new clients
• Serve as a liaison between portfolio managers and operational teams
• Respond to client requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of data

• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Great communication and interpersonal ability
