Senior Accountant

We're hiring a Senior Accountant who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about clean processes, automation, and delivering real business insight.

In this high-impact, hybrid role, you’ll help lead the month-end close, manage financial reporting, support forecasting, and drive process improvement across the organization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, audit, and operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Manage AP, AR, and fixed asset reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Mentor the staff accountants

• 3+ years of accounting experience (public + corporate a plus)
• CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience
• Proficiency in Excel
