Accounting & Finance Manager

The position offers a primarily remote schedule week-to-week, along with strong compensation and a full benefits package.

• Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and financial reporting as the company continues to scale
• Help support the growth and development of the finance function

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 4-6 Years of Accounting Experience (prior public accounting experience is preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proficient User of Microsoft Excel
