Finance Manager
$120,000 – $140,000
Our client, is seeking a Finance Manager to join its corporate team. This is a newly created role offering strong visibility and a clear path for advancement within the organization, as this position often serves as a pipeline for more senior finance and accounting leadership opportunities.

- Manage and support month‑end close processes
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and financial projections
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision‑making
Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations to leadership
- Utilize advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, macros, etc.) for analysis and reporting
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with occasional travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and modeling
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables and macros)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
