About the RoleAs the Defined Contributions Client Leader, you will be responsible for total service delivery for your clients. You will coordinate across the business and create client-specific implementation plans. You will keep updated with your client's industry, their Benefits objectives and regulatory/legislative landscape and marketplace. You will be responsible for growing the talent in DC and participating in new client opportunities.
Responsibilities- Leading the defined contributions client team in developing and implementing strategic plans to meet client needs and business goals.
- Providing guidance and direction to the team in delivering high-quality service and support to clients.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client initiatives.
- Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address client needs and maintain compliance.
- Overseeing the development and delivery of client reports, presentations, and communications.
- Building and maintaining lasting client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Have 10+ years in DC and a variety of client experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Possess exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Be knowledgeable about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in defined contributions.
- Have a solid understanding of financial services and investment products relevant to defined contributions.
- Possess a relevant background in finance, business, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree (business context preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
