Financial Analyst - Enterprise FP&A; Allocation Team

Overview

• Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for indirect expense and revenue allocations.
• Review monthly and quarterly allocation configuration updates from various Business units.
• Perform monthly/quarterly reporting processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, and report preparation.
• Support the business unit during the annual planning process for the indirect expenses budget, from cost allocation setup to periodic runs and reporting.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights for key business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, costing, or related functions such as accounting or management reporting.
• Background in costing and allocations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Co‑pilot.
• Experience with People Soft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, and related financial reporting and planning systems.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Team orientation and ability to work across a geographically blended environment (North America & Philippines).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Hybrid model – the candidate will alternate between office and remote work as agreed.
