Responsibilities- Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for indirect expense and revenue allocations.
- Review monthly and quarterly allocation configuration updates from various Business units.
- Perform monthly/quarterly reporting processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, and report preparation.
- Support the business unit during the annual planning process for the indirect expenses budget, from cost allocation setup to periodic runs and reporting.
- Analyze financial results and provide insights for key business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, costing, or related functions such as accounting or management reporting.
- Background in costing and allocations preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Co‑pilot.
- Experience with People Soft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, and related financial reporting and planning systems.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Team orientation and ability to work across a geographically blended environment (North America & Philippines).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Hybrid model – the candidate will alternate between office and remote work as agreed.
Salary & BenefitsSalary range: $67,500 – $111,500 USD (base pay). Northern Trust offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), pension, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life and accident insurance, and discretionary bonuses.
