Mgr, Financial Analysis

Drive business performance by identifying and implementing process improvements, delivering data‑driven recommendations, leading annual planning, capital budgeting, and standard cost setting. Proactively mitigate business risks.

Partner with business leaders to challenge assumptions, strengthen decision‑making, and execute strategic initiatives through effective project management, financial expertise, and influential communication across diverse audiences.

Develop and enhance financial dashboards, reporting, and analytical models that provide actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, support forecasting, and evaluate strategic growth opportunities.

Build organizational business acumen by coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams through cross‑functional collaboration, financial best practices, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and develop a high‑performing team to achieve business objectives. Deliver meaningful financial and operational analysis, including forecasts, variance reporting, budgets, and performance metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity across the organization.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in finance with 3-5 years managing a team; manufacturing and international experience highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Systems: Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experience preferred; system migration experience preferred.

• Compensation:
  Annual base salary range $110,000–$145,000; incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Salary is a general guideline; actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and market.
