Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We’ve been engaged on a Manager of FP&A search for a highly reputable, privately held holding company with a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning sports, entertainment, distribution, real estate, and investments. This is a high visibility role within a lean, well run finance team and offers strong long-term growth potential.

The Manager of FP&A will lead consolidated financial reporting across a complex multi-entity structure and support financial modeling and analysis initiatives across the organization. This individual will report directly to the VP of Finance and operate in a hands‑on capacity with direct exposure to senior leadership and enterprise level decision making.

• Lead consolidated financial reporting across 70+ entities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision making and forecasting
• Analyze performance trends across business units and provide insights to leadership
  
  Partner cross functionally across a diverse portfolio of operating companies
• Support process improvements across reporting and analytics
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed

• Local Chicago area candidates only
• 5+ years of experience with a foundation in accounting
• Advanced Excel and data skills including financial modeling
• Strong consolidated reporting experience in a multi entity environment
• Experience working in a lean, high visibility environment

• High visibility role reporting directly to VP of Finance
