Financial Advisory Analyst

Job Overview

Armory Group, LLC is seeking investment banking analysts and financial advisory analysts for its expanding investment banking and creditor advisory practice.

Analysts will analyze company financial information, develop financial models, and lead work streams for investment banking and creditor advisory projects. The role requires delivering high‑quality work in high‑pressure, client‑critical, transaction‑oriented situations.

• Bachelor’s degree with top academic performance
• Minimum one to two years of investment banking or restructuring experience
• Strong interest in M&A, debt and equity capital markets, special situations, and restructuring
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, including experience with three‑statement financial models and 13‑week cash flow models
• Self‑directed, highly motivated, able to learn and work independently in a fast‑paced, challenging environment and manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated team player and leader with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses required at time of hiring or expected to be obtained shortly thereafter

Full‑time position based in Chicago, IL; hybrid role with both in‑office and remote work. Targeted start date is immediate. Travel will be required pensation includes base salary, discretionary bonus commensurate with the industry, and full benefits: health, dental, vision, flexible spending account, and 401(k).
