Summary
The Futures Exchange Fee Reconciliation specialist will maintain the exchange fee setup in GMI, conduct monthly fee reconciliations, and ensure all exchange fees match the firm’s internal records. Responsibilities include reviewing discrepancies, resolving issues, maintaining detailed records, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The specialist will also manage static data on exchange fees to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Maintain exchange fee setups in GMI.
- Conduct monthly fee reconciliation for BPS, CME Group, ICE Europe, ICE US, LME, Nodal, EEX, Montreal, MGE, TOCOM exchanges, and NFA.
- Communicate fee adjustments or rebates to clients after reconciliation.
- Research and resolve unreconciled items and complex requests related to fee setup and allocation.
- Provide documentation supporting changes to fee schedules and accruals.
- Assist in developing standards, procedures, and internal controls for reconciliation.
- Participate in external and internal audit questionnaire requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Extensive operational knowledge of futures exchange fee structures.
- Strong understanding of exchange memberships, BPS, and GMI.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional service and take ownership of issues.
- Excellent follow‑through, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional communication.
- Proactive team player who identifies process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency, and control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The expected base salary ranges from $85,000 to $150,000, based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Candidates also receive a discretionary bonus and a generous employee benefits package.
Other RequirementsMizuho offers a hybrid working program, with varying opportunities for remote work based on role and regulatory obligations. Some departments have greater in‑office requirements.
