Career Opportunities Financial Planning Associate - Case Manager

We are the General Midwest Financial Alliance, an established, high‑end financial advisory company, with 3 advisors who have over 55 years of financial planning experience. We have been named a Five Star Wealth Manager firm for the last four years and were selected as one of the best planning firms for the past two years by the National Association of Board Certified Top Wealth Managers.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team and assist the senior advisors in providing the highest level of planning advice and service. This is a highly professional position with great growth potential.

Qualifications:

Resourceful, focused, strong work ethic, solid time management skills, and a desire to learn and help others. Position requires high computer proficiency with strong analytical/problem‑solving, mathematical, and writing skills. One to three years of industry experience and licensing helpful but other outstanding candidates will be considered. Management, finance, economics, or business degree preferred.

• Support three financial advisors with annual client reviews and follow‑up.
• Complete client service requests, provide case development, financial analysis of cash flows, budgets, investments and assets, problem resolution, and investment asset allocation summaries.
• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Morningstar and proprietary CRM software on a daily basis.
• Maintain direct client contact to discuss client needs and gather data.

• Handle funds and documentation efficiently and timely.
• Respond to customer enquiries (internal and external).
• Record transactions accurately.
• Work at least 8 hours a week and be willing to travel.
