About the Firm

We are seeking proprietary traders to trade with firm-provided capital in a performance-based structure. You will enjoy complete autonomy over your trading approach in equities and options while benefiting from professional risk management, advanced tools, and a collaborative trading environment.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

• Trade single-leg and multi-leg options strategies across liquid U.S. underlyings
• Combine technical, fundamental, and volatility-based signals to time entries and exits
• Manage risk through position sizing, stop-loss discipline, and exposure limits
• React to earnings, macro events, and volatility regime shifts with appropriate strategy choices
• Maintain professional records of trading activity for personal review and risk oversight
• Tap into the firm's community of options traders for collaboration when useful

• At least 2 years of trading experience in options or currency markets
• Keen understanding of options Greeks, volatility, or forex market dynamics
• Discipline to adhere to a structured trading plan and risk management rules
• Dedicated and coachable with a long-term commitment to developing your skills
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for daily trading
• Programming or quantitative skills are welcomed but not required

• Independent contractor (1099) role with a results-driven compensation model
• Profit splits between 65% and 90% based on your firm tier and track record
• Trade firm capital starting at $50,000, with documented scaling to $500,000+
• 100% remote position with no office, commute, or in-person requirements
• Capital and tier reviews occur every two months for active, consistent traders
• Additional advancement and incentive details shared during the interview process
