What You’ll Do as a Senior Financial Analyst

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis

• Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing actionable insights to leadership

• Prepare and enhance monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior stakeholders

• Evaluate product-level financial performance, cost drivers, and operational trends to improve margins

• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced reporting accuracy

• Partner with accounting, operations, IT, and compliance teams to ensure financial integrity and alignment

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 4+ years of progressive experience working as a financial analyst or business analyst

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting expertise

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus

• Experience with in healthcare, pharmacy services, or a pharmacy benefits manager environment required
