Tax Director – Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

A highly experienced Tax Director will lead our tax strategy and compliance functions. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing complex tax engagements, providing strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Lead and manage a team of tax professionals.
• Oversee complex tax engagements and deliver strategic tax planning solutions for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on tax compliance matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support business decisions through tax analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to integrate tax strategy into broader business initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Active CPA license (or CPA in the state of Georgia).
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Salary range: $160,000 – $190,000 annually plus annual bonus, based on experience.
