Chief Financial Officer

A well-established, growth-minded organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance executive to shape financial strategy, strengthen infrastructure, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.

The Mandate

• Set and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and Board of Directors
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
• Lead capital structure decisions, financing strategy, and investor/stakeholder relations
• Ensure the integrity of financial reporting, controls, and compliance across the organization
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting organization
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence as needed
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to drive business performance
• Serve as the primary financial voice in board meetings and strategic planning sessions

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive experience
• Proven track record building financial strategy and infrastructure within a growing organization
• Strong background in financial reporting, capital planning, and board-level communication
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence
