Staff Accountant ; Fully Remote

• Maintain general ledger reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and analyze monthly activity.
• Prepare cash entries for deposits, wires, and ACH, and perform weekly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with receivables, intercompany reconciliations, and state tax filings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook;
  Net Suite experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, attention to detail, and ability to work as a team member.
