, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (
BCBA
) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL
. This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth.
As a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide A
pplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes.
You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD
, sensory processing disorder
, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
- Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

:
Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM;
