, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL
. This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of BCBAs
.

You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD
, sensory processing disorder
, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing caregiver coaching and support
• Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
• Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
