Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hybrid Remote (BCBA)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Empower and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to make a lasting impact on children with developmental differences
  • Manage a manageable workload with an average of 26 billable hours per week
  • Design your own schedule for supervising cases and delivering clinical care
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Master's degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage clinical care while focusing on quality over quantity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a transdisciplinary approach to care
  • Familiarity with value-based care models in ABA therapy
  • Background in collaborating with families and other clinicians on care plans
  • Knowledge of the latest ABA techniques and methodologies
  • Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting
