Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000+ achievable bonuses!

  • Alabama - Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions
  • Colorado - Home based in Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Greater Denver.
    Clinic based: Centennial, CO
  • Georgia - Home and clinic based around the greater Atlanta region
  • Illinois - Home based in Chicagoland.
    Clinic based: Norwood Park and Palos Heights
  • Massachusetts - Home based throughout the state except for Western Mass and Cape.
    Clinic based: Southborough, MA
  • North Carolina - Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston‑Salem.
    NC Center based: Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh and Winston‑Salem

Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfortable working with families and providing in‑home services
Job Responsibilities

As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you'll conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You'll develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans aimed at fostering lifelong success. Responsibilities include supervising and training Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure adherence to treatment plans, supporting families regarding challenging behaviors, and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles. You'll conduct functional assessments and analyses, review program effectiveness, recommend changes, monitor data, and track progress.
