We are growing! Experienced Licensing Coordinators Needed -

Physician & Nurse Licensing Services (PNL) specializes in assisting medical professionals, including physicians, PAs, NPs, CRNAs, RNs, registered dietitians, dentists, and therapists, in obtaining various medical licenses throughout the United States. With over 15 years of experience, PNL efficiently navigates the complex, time-consuming state licensure process with a concierge approach to client service. The company supports multi-state licensing needs for healthcare professionals, medical staffing companies, insurance companies, and telehealth providers.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensing Coordinator based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with partial remote work acceptable after training is completed. The Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for guiding healthcare professionals through the state licensure process, ensuring compliance with state boards' detailed requirements, and coordinating multi-state licensure applications. Working with a provider throughout the process, the coordinator will prepopulate application drafts, request source documentation, and interact with the appropriate institutions and Boards.

Daily tasks include managing client communications, providing excellent customer service, analyzing licensing requirements, following up on existing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational ability and a love of detail.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess Analytical Skills for understanding and meeting licensing requirements
  • Experience with Licensing processes and procedures is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently -
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience in the healthcare or legal industry is a plus

Required training will be conducted in person in north Atlanta, three days a week for several weeks, depending on the applicant's skills and experience. The ongoing expectation is to work in the office for one or more days each week.
