Position Overview

We're hiringRemote Certified Pharmacy Technicianslicensed in Illinois (or willing to apply for an IL license) to support a top healthcare client. This fully remote position involves managing pharmacy orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy orders via phone, fax, or web.
• Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues.
• Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• ActiveIllinoisPharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training, application fees will be reimbursed).
• Active PTCB or ExCPT certification(must provide before interview).
• Reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI.
• 2 to4 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience (within the U.S.).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Technical Setup

• Windows 11 PC
• RAM: 8GB minimum
• Laptop provided to work from
• Stable wired internet connection (Ethernet/LAN).
• USB-wired headset.

Schedule & Pay

• Paid Training:
  Starts in April for 5-8 weeks, Mon toFri, 8AM to 4PM CST ($18/hour).
• Production:
  Mon toFri, 7 AM to6 PM CST ($20/hour). Most available shifts between 10AM to 6PM
• 30 up to40 hours/week. Schedule assigned automatically.
