Location: Travel throughout Cook County
(Home office based in Chicago, IL)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay:$20 per hour

Healthcare Plus is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA Caregiver to support seniors in their homes while also assisting with light administrative and outreach tasks. This role is ideal for a CNA who enjoys variety, traveling between locations, and making a meaningful impact wherever needed.

• Provide hands‑on personal care as a Certified Nursing Assistant, including hygiene assistance, meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping

• Support seniors with dementia and memory care needs

• Travel between client homes across Cook County

• Assist with occasional outreach or marketing tasks

• Ensure every client feels safe, respected, and well cared for

• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation

• GED or High School Diploma

• Bilingual in English & Spanish

• Previous home care experience

• Strong reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
