The RoleThe Clinic Manager partners with the Clinic Director to support clinic performance, operations, and culture — while maintaining an active caseload. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting clinicians, solving problems, and keeping systems running smoothly.
You’ll help create a positive, connected clinic environment while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.
How Your Time is Spent- 25% Client care (minimum 15 sessions per week)
- 30% Supporting clinicians (licensure, clinical guidance, admin support)
- 20% Community outreach and development
- 15% Facilities and office management
- 10% Billing, credentialing, and systems troubleshooting
- Partner with the Clinic Director to oversee operations and culture
- Collaborate with Clinic Managers across locations as part of the leadership team
- Maintain communication with the billing team
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Monitor capacity, waitlists, and space needs
- Troubleshoot systems (Valant, billing, ADP, Teams, Outlook)
- Review EHR service lines and complete corrections
- Co‑facilitate clinic meetings
- Serve as back‑up leadership when needed
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Fully licensed LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of state mental health regulations
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills - Comfort in a high‑growth, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and EHR systems
