• Deliver engaging clinical and product training through live, virtual, and field-based formats
• Develop and maintain training materials, including facilitator guides and eLearning modules
• Partner with Field Sales Trainers and Area Business Directors to reinforce clinical messaging in the field
• Conduct post-training ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions to strengthen field execution
• Evaluate training program effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance data

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or RN equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sleep technology, clinical education, or medical device training
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and CRM/LMS systems
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or life sciences field preferred
• Proven success facilitating adult learning in both clinical and commercial environments
• Passionate about educating others and improving patient outcomes through training
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
