Sr EHS Compliance Specialist - Remote

• Lead and continuously improve safety programs to reduce workplace risks and enhance safety culture
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Coach leaders and employees on safety principles and compliance
• Conduct site visits to ensure OSHA compliance and mitigate hazards
• Maintain accurate safety records and report metrics, trends, and recommendations

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and other State or Federal programs
• Experience or education in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or Industrial Safety and Health
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Additional certifications in safety management or related fields
• Experience in a food production or retail environment
• Familiarity with safety training development and delivery
• Proven track record of improving safety performance in previous roles
• Ability to engage and motivate employees around safety initiatives
