We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities.

The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means that the patient will get to the most appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness.

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Administrative Services. The Director of Administrative Services role is responsible for operational oversight of the Atlanta Command Center, the Atlanta Behavioral Health Connections, and the Atlanta BH Urgent Care Center. The Director of Administrative Services is responsible for ensuring quality performance metrics are met for each department and that metrics are assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Duties /Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic leadership by aligning departmental goals with company objectives and guiding daily operations with Divisional VP and BHC VP
  • Colloborates with Senior Leadership, (Business Development, VPs, C-Suite for covered programs) to align KPIs, reporting expectations, and strategic initiatives
  • Colloboartes with community stakeholders to ensure to meet and understanding of needs
  • Develop scalable, replicable processes that support growth

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree, Prefer Masters in Business/Psychology or related filed.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current Driver’s License.

EXPERIENCE

5-8 year similar work experience, prefer 8-10 years

HYBRID schedule, some in office, 50% Travel in State/Local, some work from home
