Key Responsibilities- Conduct bilingual evaluations and develop comprehensive IEPs for pediatric clients.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Deliver engaging, evidence‑based speech therapy services in a scholastic setting.
- Complete accurate, real‑time documentation to reduce take‑home work.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary school‑based team to successfully discharge students from their IEPs.
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology License.
- 1‑2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A deep commitment to helping children unlock their life’s potential.
- Complete fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
