• Conduct bilingual evaluations and develop comprehensive IEPs for pediatric clients.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Deliver engaging, evidence‑based speech therapy services in a scholastic setting.
• Complete accurate, real‑time documentation to reduce take‑home work.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary school‑based team to successfully discharge students from their IEPs.

• Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology License.
• 1‑2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A deep commitment to helping children unlock their life’s potential.
• Complete fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
