Synapticure is seeking an Outreach Specialist to connect with patients who would benefit from our care model. This fully remote role requires a compassionate and proactive individual to engage patients through various outreach methods while ensuring a positive introduction to our services.
The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and is comfortable with high-volume outreach. You will work closely with care coordinators to provide essential support for patients. We offer a competitive wage of $24 - $26 an hour and comprehensive benefits.
