Remote Dietitian & CDCES - Nutrition & Diabetes Coach

First Stop Health is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, to provide personalized nutrition counseling and diabetes education remotely. This role, reporting to the Director of Health Coaching, involves working collaboratively with patients and a multi-disciplinary team, developing meal plans, and supporting health improvement efforts through virtual care. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in nutrition therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting diverse patients.
