The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in post-acute care workflows and clinical processes. Key responsibilities include providing expertise in PAC operations, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This is a remote position, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

A clinical background and healthcare IT experience are preferred.
