Client Summary
- Leading virtual behavioral health provider partnering with hospitals and health systems to improve access to psychiatric and therapy services across the care continuum
- Delivers deeply embedded outsourced clinical programs that integrate directly into existing EMR workflows to support care coordination and patient throughput
- Helps provider organizations address critical capacity shortages, reduce length of stay, and improve operational efficiency across acute and ambulatory settings
- Partners with a broad and growing network of hospitals, health systems, community organizations, and payers nationwide
- Differentiated from traditional telehealth and staffing models through durable, operationally integrated clinical partnerships with a long track record in the market
- Drive sales growth with new health system partners
- Develop a robust understanding of addressable market within territory including current partners, prospects, systems, professional groups, and regulations
- Develop, maintain, and execute on a strategic plan for territory management
- Build and maintain a sufficient opportunity pipeline through direct efforts and collaboration with marketing.
- Qualify opportunities based on relevant knowledge of operational realities and organizational strategy
- Maintain engagement and momentum through complex, mid to long-term, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Monitor, set and manage appropriate expectations with prospects to set the stage for successful implementations
- Collaborate regularly with clinical, operational, and technical teams to roll out new contracts and play a significant role in communicating with new partners along the implementation timeline
- Diligently document sales information and activity within Salesforce CRM
- Performs other duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of 10 years’ experience selling to C-suite hospital targets, in particular the CNO
- Minimum of 10 years outside sales territory management experience
- Ability to plan, manage and deliver on a sales strategy within your assigned territory
- Ability to effectively work from home with a remote team
- Successful track record navigating and managing complex and long sales cycles
- Advanced knowledge of and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be comfortable delivering presentations via video conferencing
- Approximately 30% to 50% overnight travel required
