Join PREMIER COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES LLC, a CORE based agency, as an Assessor in Behavioral/Mental Health, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. We are looking for passionate professionals who are eager to make a positive impact in the Atlanta community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and counseling to clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest best practices and evidence-based interventions.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
Requirements:
  • Must be willing to see clients in COMMUNITY-BASED SETTINGS (CORE Service Based)
  • Must possess the clinical skill, professionalism, and ethical judgment necessary to effectively serve vulnerable populations diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and complex behavioral health needs.
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral or mental health assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems for documentation.
  • Candidates must have reliable internet service, access to a working computer/laptop, and a functioning cell phone to support communication, documentation, and remote job-related tasks.
