Compensation and Bonus Structure
  • Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Bonus Structure:
    • Monthly Performance Bonuses:
      Uncapped rewards for impact.
    • Sign On Bonus:
      Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
    • Mentorship Bonuses:
      Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master's in ABA.
    • Certification Bonuses:
      Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
    • Relocation Packages available to ease transition expenses.
    • 401(k) with Company Match.
Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance
  • Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year.
  • Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.
  • Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
  • Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children.

Education and Support
  • Continuing

    Education:

    Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house; extra funds to attend additional courses and 2 paid days off for CEU events.

Your Role
  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
  • Deliver Evidence‑Based Therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
