Top-of-market pay. Manageable caseload. You set your schedule.

Advanta Autism, a BCBA-led, family-owned ABA provider serving metro Denver, is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Aurora, CO service area. This is an in-home and community-based role - you will deliver supervision and treatment in client homes across Aurora, with telehealth supervision available when clinically appropriate.

We built this role around what BCBAs actually want: real flexibility, a caseload that lets you do quality work, and pay that reflects what you bring to the table.

What we offer
  • $70 to $80 per hour, based on experience
  • $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at 90 days
  • $750 annual CEU / professional development stipend
  • Flexible scheduling -- you set the hours that fit your life
  • Caseload capped at 8 to 10 active clients
  • Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate for in-home and community visits
  • Modern documentation tools - no paper charting, minimal admin overhead
  • Built-in scheduling and admin support so you focus on clinical work
  • Strong mentorship from senior clinicians (new BCBAs welcome)
What you will do
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide BACB-compliant clinical supervision to RBTs on your cases
  • Lead family training and support parent implementation of behavior plans
  • Track client progress with data and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain documentation that meets BACB ethics, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, schools when relevant)
What we are looking for
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB) - required
  • Colorado ABA state license, or active application in progress
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Comfort working in client homes and via telehealth
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • New BCBAs welcome to apply - we have strong mentorship from senior clinicians

We are a BCBA-led, family-owned practice. Clinical decisions are made by clinicians, not insurance reps. We cap caseloads, invest in our team's professional development, and we mean it when we say flexible. If you are tired of overcommitted BCBA roles where you cannot actually do good work, this is what you have been looking for.
