OPTimal Care Therapy in Chicago is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while collaborating with families to ensure client success.
This role includes a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time availability, competitive pay ranging from $70 to $80 per hour, and an excellent benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K with employer match, and generous PTO.
