We are looking for a licensed doctoral-level psychologist who is equally committed to delivering excellent patient care and to shaping the growth of emerging clinicians. This is a role for someone who sees supervision not as an add‑on, but as a core part of their professional identity.

What makes this position distinctive is its flexibility. Your clinical focus - therapy, psychological assessment, or a hybrid of both - is determined collaboratively based on your training, your experience, and our program needs. That clinical track is outlined in your Offer Letter and Role Supplement and can evolve over time. What stays consistent regardless of track: every psychologist in this role supervises a caseload of trainees equivalent to 4 FTE.

• Track A
  - Therapy:
  Remote or hybrid based on organizational need. In‑person availability may be requested; specific arrangement outlined at hire.
• Track B
  - Testing:
  On‑site required. Psychological assessment is conducted in person at our Arlington Heights location. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to and work from this site.
• Track C
  - Hybrid:
  On‑site required for assessment days. Assessment services are delivered in person at Arlington Heights. The therapy component of the hybrid role may be provided remotely based on organizational need. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Arlington Heights location.

• Carry a supervisory caseload equivalent to 4 FTE, which may include practicum students (externs), doctoral interns, postdoctoral fellows, and/or master’s‑level clinical staff.
• Provide weekly individual supervision, maintain required documentation, and actively support each supervisee’s clinical and professional development.
• Participate in monthly supervision consultation and collaborate with the Sr. Clinical Director on training program matters.

• Deliver evidence‑based individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans; provide crisis intervention when needed.

• Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for diagnostic clarification across a range of presentations, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum (including higher‑cognition individuals), mood and personality disorders, and cognitive concerns.
• Select, administer, score, and interpret assessment instruments; produce clear, well‑conceptualized reports with individualized recommendations.

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in Illinois, or eligible for licensure — early career psychologists are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of post‑licensure experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising trainees (externs, interns, postdoctoral fellows, and/or master’s‑level clinicians).
• For testing or hybrid tracks: completion of a formal postdoctoral fellowship in psychological assessment (≥1 year).
• For testing or hybrid tracks: able to work on‑site at our Arlington Heights location — in‑person presence is required for psychological assessment services.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced, interdisciplinary environment.
