Charter School in Illinois Caseload: K-12th grade students, 34 students on caseload, 2 schools

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the  school year in Illinois. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll DoProvide virtual speech therapy services in the school setting

Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Active Illinois SLP License (or CFY)
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement

Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
